Biography

Hello! My name is Wendy Zellers, and I am the Dyslexia Specialist for Deer Park Elementary. This will be my 15th year in education. I grew up in Pasadena, Texas and graduated from Sam Rayburn High School. I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature at the University of Houston Clear Lake in 2010 and my Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Sam Houston State University in 2023. We have four beautiful children and two wonderful grandchildren! I am super excited about the upcoming school year with my amazing students! I can't wait to see their smiling faces!
