Mrs. Doebbler’s First Grade

Hi! My name is Dina Doebbler.  I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! I will be starting my 11th year of teaching, and my fourth year at Deer Park Elementary teaching first grade.   After growing up in the Clear Lake area, I received my degree in Elementary Education at Louisiana State University.  I taught 5 years in Pasadena and 2 in CCISD.  In 2003 I decided to stay at home with my children.  During that time, I also opened and operated several businesses.   I decided to go back into the classroom after being out for almost 20 years.  It was the best thing I have ever done.  I have loved every minute and realized how much I truly missed being in the classroom.  Another few fun facts: I have a wonderful husband, 6 fabulous kids and 3 grandkids!  I am an avid readers and love spending time with my family and friends.  I love to share my love of reading with the kids in my class!  We are going to have a great year!
