About Me:
Howdy! I am Mrs. Pugh and I am thoroughly looking forward to being your 3rd grade ELA and Social Studies teacher for this school year. I have had the privilege of completing my internship here at DPE where I have learned all about what it means to be an impactful teacher. I cannot wait to build an inclusive, positive, thought-provoking environment where all students can grow to their potential!
Education:
I earned my associates degree in Occupational Therapy in 2015
In 2024 I earned my bachelors degree in early childhood education from UHCL
My Favorites:
Snacks: Cheetos (HEB puffs are the absolute best!), spicy Cheetos, pickle flavored snacks (especially hot, pickle Cheetos!)
Drinks: Oatmilk & Honey Late, London Fog, or a yummy Center Street Nutrition Tea
Hobbies: Tending to my plants, sewing, loving on my fur babies, and outdoor fun with my family
Stores: Marshalls, TJ Max, Home Goods, and resale shops
Color/Patterns: All shades of pink and delicate florals
