Biography

Welcome to my Bio Page!

I am so excited about the 2023-2024 school year!! We are going to have so much fun in 3rd Grade and we will learn something new every day!!

Here is some information about me and my family.... I love reading, dancing, eating, laughing and spending as much time as possible with my family.

My Husband and I are both Educators and we love what we do! We both grew up in Deer Park, went to Deer Park High School and graduated from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!).

We have three wonderful children, 2 dogs and 3 cats!!!  Our oldest son just graduated from College at UHV, enjoys playing Golf and living in San Antonio, our middle child is starting her third year in College at Texas State, she loves singing, acting, dancing and our youngest son graduated from Deer Park in 2022, is attending San Jacinto Junior College, then heading to A&M (Go Aggies), and loves all water and land sports!.

We love boating, jet-skiing, the beach , cruising around in our Jeeps and getting into crazy adventures in the summer.

*Fun Fact: All three of our children's first names start with a Z as do most of our animals and I LOVE ZEBRAS and PIGS!!!.

If I am not at school, you might see me cheering for my current and past students at their games or activities, at Starbucks tutoring or driving through Deer Park making my many drop off/pick up demands for our busy schedules. 

 I am very excited to be part of the DPE family!!! I love teaching 3rd Grade Math and Science at Deer Park Elementary!!!!

I can truthfully say it is the best school around.
